Special Events
*Note: Special events are events held on island that must be registered through KICA. To learn about hosting your private event at any of KICA's facilities, such as the Sandcastle or Cinder Creek, click here.
The following special events must be registered through KICA and require a completed application (below). Fees may apply.
Charitable Events - organized to benefit one or more charitable organizations such as golf or tennis tournaments
Social Events - weddings, receptions, block parties, large parties etc.
Non-Commercial Sporting Events - marathons, triathlons, etc.
Commercial Events - televised golf tournaments, production of a major film or video, and other such events that are organized with the event of making a direct or indirect financial gain
Special events are subject to the approval of KICA's chief operating officer (COO). To apply for a special event, please download and submit the application below to the KICA Administrative Office (23 Beachwalker Drive).
